Well, hello,
As i sit intrepidly looking at the screen of this new territory, i hear the words of Madonna in my head, "like a Virgin.."Blogging for the very first time.."Like a Virgin" Will your home screen connect to mine..
So yes, i'll admit it, I've never done this before, and although pouring my innermost thoughts out to random strangers is a lifelong habbit of mine, for some reason the thought of sharing my complex, and always intense feelings with others is actually making me rather nervous.
So, after encouragement from my spiritual guide (not the ethereal type, the tell it like it is Aries man type), here i am brave enough to start my first blog with what has been on my mind most recently.
I will apologise up front for this "negative" experience, but my aforementioned guide tells me it's fine to speak your mind and still be "spiritual".
I am really p....d off that the 2 brand new tyres i put on my gorgeous Hyundai Tiburon (Ferrari lookalike) started to shred after 4 months!!
The make is Roadstone, i even researched it on the internet before i bought them, got 2 men telling me they are really good, so i went ahead, and for the first time in over 20yrs of driving the tyres literally started to come apart after 4 months, very low km.
So i take it back to the dealer, and he is suprised, but they check my wheel alignment and tell me it's "way out", and this is what has caused the wear on my tyres.
I say, "But YOU did the wheel alignment"
Still he insists i must have hit something, and yes i did admit hitting a kerb at shopping centre once, but had no idea this could cost me a new set of tyres!
So i just had to share this with you world. To let you know, i only found out when i got my new tyres that i should get the wheel alignment checked every 6 months, i'd never heard that before. I don't know i am naturally blonde; do they do that when they service the car, must do, 'cause like i said never had a problem like this before.
So any small or big knocks, especially when you've got low suspension, low profile tyres, needs to be checked guys and girls.
Keep safe and protect your pocket from the kind of tragedy i just experienced, and wish me luck on finding that receipt and getting some kind of compensation from Roadstone tyres, cause i still can't comprehend going through a pair of tyres that quickly in normal everyday driving!
